- No Links to third party profiles that violate our code of conduct
- No Promoting of Drugs and Alcohol at events for people under 21 years of age.
- No Solicitation of sex or sex trafficking
- No Criminal Activity
- No Gang signs or involvement
- No Hateful Message or Content
- Any music, video, photo and or resume must be or belong to the person making the submission
- No posting of celebrity photos or their music.
- You acknowledge that you can not and will not hold Smoke The Mic or it’s parent companies liable for any contracts, deals or transactions you engage in with any third party person using our website to promote their business which is outside of our company and or projects.
Please know by purchasing any of our admission tickets, merchandise, memberships or subscriptions, you are agreeing to our rules of conduct, as well as acknowledge that all sales will be final and there will be NO Refunds in whole or in part. No Exemptions will be given or made.
